This information is the minimum necessary to improve user experience, provide personalized advertisements, and deliver and validate in-app purchases.

HeatMap does not require sign-up or login, and does not collect names, email addresses, or phone numbers.

The collected information will not be used for any other purpose without the user's explicit consent.

5. Use of RevenueCat

This app uses RevenueCat (operated by RevenueCat, Inc.) to deliver in-app purchases, validate receipts, manage subscription entitlements, prevent fraud, and analyze purchase metrics. The information processed through RevenueCat includes the following:

  • Purchase history (transaction ID, product ID, purchase/renewal/expiry dates, price, currency, store receipts)
  • Anonymous app user ID generated by RevenueCat (HeatMap does not link this ID to a real-world identity)
  • Device and advertising identifiers (e.g., IDFA on iOS, GAID on Android) where applicable, and locale/country code

6. Entrustment of Personal Information

HeatMap entrusts the processing of personal information to the following external service providers to deliver the service:

  • Google LLC — app usage analytics (Google Analytics) and advertising (Google AdMob)
  • RevenueCat, Inc. — in-app purchase delivery, receipt validation, subscription entitlement management, and purchase analytics

7. User Rights

Users can exercise their rights regarding data collection by taking the following measures:

  • Users can uninstall the app to stop data collection through Google Analytics and RevenueCat.
  • Users may request deletion of their RevenueCat purchase records by contacting us at the email address below. Note that Apple App Store and Google Play records required by law or for tax/refund purposes cannot be deleted.

Data collection is securely processed in compliance with privacy protection regulations and relevant laws, ensuring users' rights are protected.
